Isabelle Bellinghausen is the CEO and Founder of Capybara Creations and Capybara Weddings and Events. As the former Executive Director for Poetry Promise Inc., she brings a wealth of community connections strengthened through the arts and humanities. Her goal in creating this company is to create wonderful opportunities for artists in Las Vegas and beyond to connect with wedding guests and clients seeking to empower themselves through creativity and community. 

 Elizabeth Cahill is a passionate art educator and multidisciplinary artist who specializes in transforming recycled materials into vibrant 3D sculptures. Inspired by the intricate patterns and colors found in nature, Elizabeth's work often features earthy tones, detailed pen patterns of insect wings, and photographic explorations captured during weekend hikes. Through her art, she celebrates the beauty of the natural world while promoting sustainability and creative exploration. As a teacher, Elizabeth fosters a hands-on approach, encouraging students to discover their own artistic voices by providing the tools and space for experimentation and growth. 

 Sara Paye Feick is a poet and visual artist whose work blends lyrical storytelling with intimate, emotionally resonant imagery. She writes in forms such as free verse, haibun, haiku, and prose poetry, exploring identity, memory, and spiritual reckoning. Her visual art—often expressed through layered collage—echoes her poetic sensibilities, combining texture, symbolism, and narrative. Together, her words and images create tender, reflective worlds that invite quiet connection.

transforming traditional French cuisine into a

modern twist.

Chef Ashleigh Kendall: Native southern chef enriched with over 12

years of culinary experience from Zaza

Houston Monarch Restaurant to Executive

Kendall has a passion for creating high-end

delectable dishes.

Chef Makini Jovaun: With a passion for transforming plants into

delectable meals, Chef Jovaun has over 12 years of

experience preparing flavorful dishes. With a

degree in Chemistry, she enjoys the chemistry

behind building flavor profiles. Her experience

includes former co-ownership of Simply Pure Vegan

Cafe of Las Vegas and Flying Crust Pizza of

Philadelphia.

 Ishah M. Moore is a regenerative systems builder and community strategist passionate about sustainability, environmental compliance, and human-centered innovation. As the Founder of Le Collectif Racine™ and Les Racines Connectées©, she leads initiatives that connect people, technology, and ecology through practical, community-powered design.

From Las Vegas pilot programs to cross-sector collaborations, Ishah’s work bridges disciplines — translating regenerative theory into tangible action. Her leadership philosophy centers on reciprocity, clarity, and care: building systems that not only perform but heal. Whether working with nonprofits, municipalities, or grassroots groups, she creates frameworks where resilience, creativity, and accountability coexist.

Charlene Stegman Moskal is a Teaching Artist for the Las Vegas Poetry Promise Organization. She is a visual artist, performer, a voice for NPR’s Theme and Variations as well as a writer. Charlene is published in numerous anthologies, print and online magazines, including; “Calyx”; “TAB Journal” and “Myslexia”. Her poetry chapbooks are “One Bare Foot”, (Zeitgeist Press), “Leavings from My Table”, (Finishing Line Press) and “Woman Who Dyes Her Hair”, (Kelsay Books) as well as a full-lengthmanuscript, “Running the Gamut”, (Zeitgeist Press). She can be found most days at home in her studio where she writes and her three dogs, Scruffy, Mops and Rags, nap in a big, overstuffed armchair.

 Originally from New Zealand, JK Russ relocated to Las Vegas in 2010 where her work was selected to represent Art of the City by Vegas Magazine. In 2016 she was named “Best Artist” by Desert   

Companion’s Best of the City awards. Her collage work has been shown at the Marjorie Barrick Museum of Art, Nevada Museum of Art and Sydney Contemporary Art Fair, and is held in collections at The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas, Delano Hotel Las Vegas and Circa Resort & Casino.

Known for her large’scale interactive collages, JK Russ creates surreal scenes where hybrid humans merge with

desert plants and creatures.
